Sexuality education & coaching for people who are chronically left out.

Trauma-informed accessible education centering people with disabilities, Autism, neurodivergence, and ALL who are chronically left out of traditional sex ed.

Hi, I’m Ariel!

I’m a sexual health nerd, educator, and advocate — a soft-hearted truth-teller who believes everyone deserves honest, affirming, and judgment-free information about their bodies, boundaries, and pleasure.

I hold a Master’s in Public Health and am a certified sexuality educator with over a decade of experience in the healthcare field. I’ve supported people through care coordination, disability services, reproductive health, and public health research, and I’ve learned that good education isn’t about telling people what to do, it’s about helping them feel seen, safe, and in control of their own choices.

My work centers disabled people, autistic and neurodivergent folks, LGBTQIA+ communities, and anyone whose questions, bodies, or experiences were ignored or oversimplified by traditional sex education.

My interest in serving people with intellectual and developmental disabilities began while working as a facilitator for an NIH-funded study called STEPS2. That experience made one thing clear, this education is desperately needed, and it has to be more accessible. That realization is what led me to start my own business and build something designed for the people most often left out.

I believe sexuality education should be human, practical, affirming, and built around the person, not a checklist. No matter how I’m providing education, through coaching, coloring books, webinars, or Instagram posts, my goal is always the same, to make sex ed honest, accessible, and radically human.
